Very impressed with Eddie & Jolene and highly recommend to others. We have sold a few houses during our 25 years inNZ and they stand out as very good.compared to any agents who have helped us is the past. They were very professional agents who work well as a team & have excellent local knowledge of area and likely buyers.. They helped very quickly dress the house and get on market quickly. An example of going that bit further was Eddie cutting the lawn after ours stopped working to ensure garden was tidy for first open home. Thereafter very fast communication after the open homes. There were challenges selling our older house with some unevenness in floor levels . They presented these points clearly to prospective buyers. One earlier offer fell over a day before going unconditional due to finance. Although we were disappointed, they maintained their cheerful manor and energy and perceived until another buyer was found. Although final price was not as high as initially anticipated this was not due to estate agent. This was reflective of timing with tight banking rules challenging our potential buyers and the age of house. The marketing Eddie & Jolene run through Mike Pero agency was very effective with good numbers of people to attending all the open homes through the winter months.
