Communication and Effort

Janine was very helpful from the get go, telling us which kinds of people are going to want our house and from there, which methods of sale will encourage them and which will deter. I also appreciated that in her appraisal, Janine took the time to list other homes for sale in the area which were comparable in more ways than not. Definitely recommended.

Best agent ive met

Janine made buying our frist home a breeze she always kept us in the loop with everything that was going on. She answered all our questions and was always up for a good chat. She is very friendly and caring and gave ud all the information we needed. And supported us through the times were it all felt to much. Its really hard to come by a good agent but Janine was our real-estate blessing

Janine is a professional, her knowledge is extensive and she is also personable.

From the moment I Janine, I new she was the agent for me and I had interviewed a few. She has always been up front with me about my property sale and what she needed from me, while keeping me informed of interest from potential buyers and their feedback. Wonderful!

Janine was patient, enthusiastic, happy to oblige all my visits to the house, family, builder, be the counsellor in making the lifestyle change.
