Janine was very helpful from the get go, telling us which kinds of people are going to want our house and from there, which methods of sale will encourage them and which will deter. I also appreciated that in her appraisal, Janine took the time to list other homes for sale in the area which were comparable in more ways than not. Definitely recommended.

I liked that she listened to me, was straight forward and provided the information in a timely manner. She is also relaxed enough to make the whole experience my decision but with support.
