Communication and Effort
Janine was very helpful from the get go, telling us which kinds of people are going to want our house and from there, which methods of sale will encourage them and which will deter. I also appreciated that in her appraisal, Janine took the time to list other homes for sale in the area which were comparable in more ways than not. Definitely recommended.

Best agent ive met
Janine made buying our frist home a breeze she always kept us in the loop with everything that was going on. She answered all our questions and was always up for a good chat. She is very friendly and caring and gave ud all the information we needed. And supported us through the times were it all felt to much. Its really hard to come by a good agent but Janine was our real-estate blessing

Janine is a professional, her knowledge is extensive and she is also personable.
From the moment I Janine, I new she was the agent for me and I had interviewed a few. She has always been up front with me about my property sale and what she needed from me, while keeping me informed of interest from potential buyers and their feedback. She has helped me through the logistics of selling my house, which I have found quite daunting at times, with great advice and patience. All I can really say is, compared to a lot of the agents I have come across, she has aced it. Thank you Janine

Wonderful!
Janine was patient, enthusiastic, happy to oblige all my visits to the house, family, builder, be the counsellor in making the lifestyle change. I liked that she listened to me, was straight forward and provided the information in a timely manner. She is also relaxed enough to make the whole experience my decision but with support.

Janine and Rob got the job done quick smart on our sale and purchase. house was on Listed Late Thursday night, one open home Sunday and we had an offer locked in Wednesday morning. quick to respond to enquiries via Text and helped me along with the processes i didn't understand. Janine Made Buying Our First Home A Breeze!
Right from when we saw the property on TradeMe, until the point we are at now of being unconditional, Janine has made the process of buying our first home really special. As young first home buyers, at open homes we often felt quite overlooked due our age/position but Janine treated us with respect and consideration. She made us feel like we had a chance, which motivated us to put in an offer. Her communication was great, telling us what we needed to do and when. This was especially helpful as buying a first home can be an overwhelming process. Overall we have been really impressed and extremely fortunate to have dealt with Janine for buying our first home!
