A couple of friends & I invited three real estate agents from different firms to interview with respect to selling my house. We rated them each out of 5. In conclusion, I rated Barry first & the two friends rated the first agent that came through first with Barry a close second. I rated Barry from Mike Pero with a 5 out of 5. Initially, I went with the agent the two friends recommended. However; from the outset, I received no response to my many emails & text messages & phone calls which was unsatisfactory. I then decided to go with whom I had preferred in the first place: Barry Dobson from Mike Pero. I am so glad I did because the entire process has been calm & stress-free. Barry has kept me up to date right along the way with face-to-face meetings, emails, texts & marketing reports. I knew what was happening every step of the way. Barry was very professional, respectful & sensitive to my health condition issues throughout the entire process. Never at any time did I feel pressured. I felt that he was doing his very best to ensure a successful outcome - and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The house sold for way above expectation. Barry always share his expertise and provides you with an up to date info of your property's status. He doesn't mind coming to you even late at night which happens a number of times. His team mate Jel provides an all out support by explaining to us in Tagalog plain language the intricate details of the property market. I could highly recommend his team with a high 5 of 5. House hunting, at least for first time buyers like us, can be a stressful experience. Auckland agents tend to an extreme: either dismissive or caffeinated. Barry, however, was relaxed. He answered emails promptly, provided needed information, didn't pressure and arranged his schedule to suit ours. In short, he acted as an agent should.

Barry is a living legend. a master salesperson dedicated and persistant. Never will he surrender, he will continue until his sale is completed successfully. Barry for me went over the top even arranging extra work to be done to please the buyers in my enforced abscence overseas due to the coronavirus lockdown. My personal view there is none better and i would recomend him to anyone who wants a totally efficient knowledgable salesperson selling their property for them. .
