When I was preparing my North Shore Auckland home for sale, I reached out to several realtors for their 'no obligation quotes' to see which one would be best suited for my unique circumstance. I had a near-impossible task - to list, advertise, and hopefully have an unconditional sales agreement in-hand within 3 weeks as I had found my dream property and needed to sell ASAP in order to make an offer.
