Many issues impacted the marketing and selling of the home, including a repair by a Contractor that was not able to take place prior to the settlement. Barry is a unique-type-of agent in that he doesn't cut corners to get the right results. This provides his clients a huge confidence in his ability to negotiate and navigate through difficult situations during a selling campaign. I have enjoyed his services and communication throughout the whole campaign and although it was challenging during lockdowns and a few hiccups with the property itself, he has championed them and got us great results.
