Chris created a campaign which included twilight photography and virtual staging as the property was vacant, which we were very impressed with the result! We have just been through the sale of our property with Chris. We wanted to let you know our experience as too often we grumble about the bad and say nothing when we experience the fabulous. We met at an open home and were impressed by Chris at our first interaction with him and although we did not purchase that property he kept in touch occasionally, (not in a pushy over the top way) and when it came time for us to consider an agent he was still in our minds from our infrequent chats. We looked at many agents and although Mike Pero is not the cheapest option available we felt that Chris displayed a sense of integrity, honesty and a genuine desire to help us achieve our goals. We wanted you to know that this decision was the best we have made. Chris was a true pleasure to work with, he was extremely encouraging and supportive throughout the sale and marketing process. We have an unusual household that includes an intellectually disabled member and two with Crohn's disease. Chris worked with us with such a high level of respect, empathy and understanding of our needs and allowed for these at every turn of the process. Right down to eating the cupcakes our intellectually handicapped daughter made for him even though they may not have been spectacular!! That kind of warmth and understanding is not common and was greatly appreciated by us. Chris promised us a lot and exceeded at every opportunity, he was an exceptional communicator keeping in touch with us constantly, we believe his ability to negotiate with the purchaser was pivotal to us receiving a great price for the property.
