Throughout the process, Chris was very honest about the house (Pro's & Con's), pointed out what were the issues (minor issues with the house) and didn't hide anything. He was prompt and was always available for any query I had regarding the house. In past other agents would push us to buy the house they were selling, but Chris told us all the facts and gave us the space to make out own decisions which helped me build a trust, not many agents have the honestly that Chris has. Chris's honesty helped both the vendor he was representing and buyers (us) get the best deal at the same time. I'll definitely recommend him and will work with him in my future endeavors. Garry provided us with all the information we required prior to going through the process of selling, his market knowledge and advice was excellent. Garry also helped us make decisions on what needed to be done to prepare the property for marketing, he also gave very good advice on how we should be selling i.e. (Auction/deadline).
