We found Chris on trade me, we liked the look of the house he was the agent of and rang him straight away and he got us in for a viewing that day which we were very happy about.Chris was one of the best agents we had came across over the 4 years we had been looking to buying our first home as he was always checking in making sure we were ok or needing any help with any our paperwork anything he could help with he was happy to do so. Chris helped me out with selling my Mothers house after she when into a retirement home. Throughout the process, Chris was very honest about the house (Pro's & Con's), pointed out what were the issues (minor issues with the house) and didn't hide anything. He was prompt and was always available for any query I had regarding the house. In past other agents would push us to buy the house they were selling, but Chris told us all the facts and gave us the space to make out own decisions which helped me build a trust, not many agents have the honestly that Chris has. Garry provided us with all the information we required prior to going through the process of selling, his market knowledge and advice was excellent. Garry also helped us make decisions on what needed to be done to prepare the property for marketing, he also gave very good advice on how we should be selling i.e. (Auction/deadline). Garry displayed absolute professionalism and honesty throughout the process, he was very easy to talk to, his response to all questions and queries was perfect, great communication.
