We contacted several Real Estate agents in the area, when we were looking to sell the house. We needed to sell a house in Clyde, but we reside in Australia. Rhys was the agent who stood out as being the most professional and knowledgeable. He followed up promptly after our first phone call, with detailed market information and statistics, along with other information we required. Rhys knew the processes we would need to go through. He gathered all the necessary documentation, and organised a meeting via Facetime, to discuss his services and allow us to ask any questions. He kept in continual contact with us along the way and answered any of our questions promptly. He has a strong knowledge of the area and was able to give us an accurate estimate window of what the house would sell for. Photos and video footage were organised in a timely manner, and the quality of these was outstanding.
