Communication throughout the process was excellent. I particularly appreciated that he had some good examples and experience around setting the property price, which gave me additional confidence when deciding on the final pricing strategy. When it came to negotiation, Rhys provided good advice without putting pressure on me to make a particular decision. He also gave me the room to make decisions, without being pushy, which was important given that the sale was a little unexpected. We discussed the different options openly, agreed on an approach that I was comfortable with, and ultimately achieved an excellent result. Throughout the process I found Rhys professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Selling a house involves some fairly significant decisions, and I valued having an agent who was prepared to give an honest opinion while still respecting that the final decisions were mine.
