He also gave me the room to make decisions, without being pushy, which was important given that the sale was a little unexpected. We discussed the different options openly, agreed on an approach that I was comfortable with, and ultimately achieved an excellent result. Throughout the process I found Rhys professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Selling a house involves some fairly significant decisions, and I valued having an agent who was prepared to give an honest opinion while still respecting that the final decisions were mine. It's always interesting when selling a home and business. As Rhys said "it needs the right buyers". With a fairly tight timeframe to find those buyers before our seasonal business kicked off again after winter, that’s exactly what Rhys and Renee set out to do. A plan, an edited plan, and a few offers later, it all worked out, and we’re really pleased knowing the new buyers will love it here.
