Michelle was Very aware of the market value as she had already sold properties in our area. Marketing and legal knowledge was communicated to us clearly and in a way we could understand. Michelle’s kindness and patience was the outstanding memory we have of selling our family home of 50 years. None of the process felt like a business transaction at all, rather Michelle helping dad move on to the next stage of his life that he wanted. Michelle has a natural flare for presenting a home beautifully and simply, using a large collection of her own soft furnishings enhancing each room’s attributes. Michelle also went a step further by subtly styling a room in honour of our mum. Before each open home Michelle arrived early to have a cuppa and check on dad, check over the house and pick fresh persimmons from the backyard to display. Despite the busy time, Michelle never appeared rushed and always had time to sit and chat with dad before and after any event. When dad first approached Michelle to market and sell our home we had little idea of what was involved. Michelle was clear and thorough explaining what council and legal information was required, the process of establishing a fair market price and the time frame she hoped our home would sell. Our home was sold without any complications and within the range of all Michelle described. Michelle genuinely cares about the people she works with and despite our house being sold, she has still made time to visit dad and check how he is settling into his new Villa.
