Michelle kept in regular contact with us and always let us know whenever she was showing someone through as well as when she was having open homes. She also gave us followup reports after each event. She went over and above what my expectations were. Once we had a contract she kept touching base and kept both us and the buyers informed about the progress that was being made by each of us as we met the conditions for the sale to go unconditional. Meeting the certificate of acceptance clause was very drawn out and complicated. Michelle kept the buyers informed and had to talk them out of pulling out of the sale when they were getting frustrated and concerned at the length of time it took etc. Michelle is a fabulous agent and we couldn't have asked for any one better. If I ever need another real estate agent I would definitely choose Michelle again. She's an awesome agent and also such a caring and kind person.

I met Michelle at a open home when we were looking to buy a new home, I followed her signs from the main road to a property she was selling. Michelle was dressed professionally in a suit and her knowledge of the area was fantastic. After meeting many agents at open homes our first impression of Michelle was so good we asked her to sell our house. After only being on the market for 2 weeks our house sold above asking price. If I ever need a agent again to either buy or sell a property I would call Michelle without hesitation. If you need a agent that goes above and beyond Michelle is the agent for you.
