When I first decided to sell this property, I talked to Kris on options for presentation/renovations. Decided on what to do. Renovated the house over next 4 weeks (Cleaning, painting, new deck surface, replaced the shed roof, gardens etc). Presentation of the home, was close to perfect.
Kris advised, that at that time, too many properties were marketed with no price showing. Kris advised, mention a 'negotiable price', for the starting point. We did.
Kris launched it Tuesday with first open home on Sunday. As he drove away from that open home he phoned to say how many attended and likely interest. Sold the following Friday at a price I was comfortable with. The perfect plan.

The communication through the process was faultless.
After signing the contract the purchasers bank/insurance, required an inspection on one of the showers. I was away in the Sth Island. Kris, off his own initiative, arranged the plumber for that.
Beyond the call of duty, on many counts, and that is sincerely appreciated.
