I found Kris professional and very easy to communicate with. I especially liked the group chat that was used to update and communicate any changes with the sale of my fathers house to myself and my bother, so we were both getting the same information. The purchaser I felt was very difficult to deal with but Kris remained professional in his approach and demonstrated his commitment to getting the job done with the best outcome.
