Goes above and beyond

Dillon guided us through our first time selling, explained marketing strategies and why they were suggested clearly. He gave regular and clear updates. He managed to make a quick sale despite us timing it badly and listing in a saturated market. Really did a number of things that went above and beyond what we expected in his role as our real estate agent.

Friendly demeanour with quick response to queries.

Dillon was very easy to talk to with good understanding of the property for sale. When deciding if I was going to put in an offer I felt no pressure from Dillon. He kept me well informed as we where negotiating the price and checked on progress while under contract. All said and done a very good experience.
