Mo was super supportive and understood our goals with the sale. She kept us informed throughout the process and helped us understand what the market was doing so as to readjust our expectations along the way. She gave us options and always made sure we were comfortable with decisions we were making. I'm sure it's tricky managing expectations and balancing that with getting an outcome for us, but Mo always made us feel supported and listened to.
