Further to that he is an excellent communicator and kept me in the loop to the right degree. Behind the scenes I knew that he also went above and beyond to make the sale. In a market with increasing stock, Harry's extra effort and skill meant that our property was sold within expected price and time, when may others were not selling. To top it all off he's just a great human to chat with!

Alice was an absolute delight to work with. I can’t imagine dealing with anyone better - from her professionalism and quick replies, to her market knowledge and passing on of helpful recommendations from her time in the industry. But even more than the above it was her genuine and lovely personality that shone through. She is a down to earth person who make this whole process a whole lot less scary, knowing I could ask her anything. (We could also have a laugh which I highly appreciated 😂) 11/10
