Harry gave us the wrap-around treatment, with emphasis on marketing in a challenging market. He is fast-paced without skipping over the pesky details, all the time giving the seller opportunity to highlight alternative choices in the whole selling process. Not everybody may like his high-octane style. However, his knowledge of the local market, how to garner maximum interest in the house, and quick action-taking attitude more than compensated for any negatives.
