Dene was a pleasure to work with. We liked not only his enthusasim and motivation to get the job done, but also the empthany and compassion shown for the existing tenants which really helps when selling a rental property. Dene was knowledgeable, straight up, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. We highly reccomend Dene.

We couldn't fault our experience with Kim! We were naturally apprehensive about the whole process of buying our first home, but things have gone really smoothly. Kim was very approachable and transparent which are qualities we especially value. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kim to any other first (or subsequent) home buyers. Thank you Kim!

Kim worked with us on the sale of an investment property in Invercargill at the beginning of 2021. With her help and expert guidance we sold the property in a matter of days and for $60K above asking. We were ecstatic with the results and with her attention to detail. We would happily recommend Kim to anyone looking to sell a property.

Gill has been helping us for a few months before we found our property. She has been absolutely fantastic and helped us find our dream home, she has been lovely and finding us properties before they were on the market that ticked all of the boxes. She even worked after hours and in the weekends to help us find our first home, I would recommended her to anyone who wants a smooth and straight forward home purchase and one day when we move on from our first home I will definitely be contacting Gill :) Thanks Gill!
