Dene went to great lengths in helping us to purchase our first home. He provided a friendly and supportive service, and was knowledgeable about the local property market, helping us to find some great options. He really helped guide us through everything from start to finish, and was always a pleasure to work with - highly recommended!

Rhys was the absolute epitome of professionalism through the entire process of selling my home. His communication was second to none from the outset, explaining the process clearly and thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend Rhys to anyone looking to sell their property. In my view he went over and above in all areas. I can't thank him enough.

Shelley provided me with a good list of similar homes and guided me in my price point. With the amount of interest created, neither too much or too little, I suggest she made a good assessment. And in a matter of days achieved a sale at the top of the range. The feedback I received was timely and accurate. I will be happy to use her again.

We got in touch with Shelley few months ago for a property she had listed. Couldnt buy it as we were not ready as yet. But this property came along and Shelley was the listing agent so we thought this is it and the exprience we had with her was as ascoustic. Shelley has very good area knowledge and some good tradie contacts. Stay the same Shelley😊

It was a pleasure to work with Kim and Gill. Kim and Gill are very polished and professional; from the initial appraisal and right through the sale process they provided good information, excellent communication but are also very easy to work with. Their pricing and marketing strategy delivered a great result and they made the sale process easy and enjoyable. We have absolute confidence in Kim and Gill and will definitely be working with them next time we are buying or selling a house. We have no hesitation in recommending them them - they really are great

Gill and Kim were very kind and helpful, and explained all the procedure and what we needed to do. As first home buyers we needed that. They helped us through the journey and made it as easy as possible. We were very happy with their service! :)

Shelley spoke about market trends and insights with confidence and clarity. She immediately earned our trust by sharing her knowledge of buyer trends, where she felt our home fit in to the current market and what demographic she believed our home would appeal to. She made recommendations as to what small changes we could make to increase the appeal, and ensured we weren’t spending money on unnecessary updates. She was great at keeping us updated, with weekly check-ins following our open homes, as well as weekly insights in to who and how our property was being viewed, online. Shelley went above and beyond, clearly communicating to us the effects that lockdown would have on our settlement, a task that was the responsibility of our solicitor who remained virtually silent through what would have otherwise, been a very confusing time. Would not hesitate to recommend Shelley to others. She has such a friendly, warm and professional manner, and she gets results!
