It took me some time to find Lana. I spoke with five different agents before choosing her—all of whom were referred to me by either friends or professional contacts. They all gave me the usual sales pitch: promising unrealistically high prices for my property, followed by inflated commissions and over-the-top marketing plans. Of course, I had done my own research—like most of us do—so I already had a good idea of the realistic market value and was hoping to achieve that or a little more. When Lana suggested a price range that matched exactly what I had in mind, asked for a fair commission, and proposed a relevant and sensible marketing strategy, I knew my long and frustrating search was finally over. From that point on, I simply trusted her. I followed her guidance without micromanaging, and she delivered results quickly and efficiently. The house hit the market at just the right level—not too cheap, not overpriced. She brought in three strong offers, all above my expectations. Once I selected one, she stayed on top of every detail, keeping me informed and ensuring all conditions were met. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly and without causing me any stress. Honestly, this has been the best experience I've had selling a property—and I’ve bought and sold quite a few. Next time, I’ll skip the search and call Lana right away.
