Deni and the team were awesome from the first open home we came too, until the day of settlement. Communication was on point, clear and precise, straight to the point with no over the top sales jargon. We both really felt it had a personal touch and anything that we asked had a answer and if Deni and the team didn’t know, they would get back to us asap, even during pickup / drop off of the kids at school. Multi tasking at its finest. You really made this a memorable experience. We had an issue on the day of settlement and Deni went above and beyond and rectified the issue, none of this “who are you again” carry on.

I first met up with Deni for a coffee, on a quick trip to Queenstown, to discuss selling a house at a later date. I liked his honesty and transparency. As a lifetime local he was able to provide valuable advise on the market, however he was not pushy in getting the contract. Things happened quicker than expected, and as I live overseas, Deni needed to deal with the whole sale process, and he went above and beyond. This included organising the trees to be tidied, providing vital local contacts in banking and conveyancing, and even ensuring unwanted furniture and household items were donated to local families in need. A lot needed to be achieved in a hasty 19 day settlement, just before Xmas! Deni was always cheerful, and available to talk. The sale progressed smoothly, with a great outcome.

Deni has been responsible for selling 4 of our properties in Queenstown, NZ. This was number 3. I can't say enough good things about how he handled everything, including helping our BC get some long-overdue works planned, on the books, and ready to go to maximise our value and simplify our sale. You wouldn't often say an agent and his commission were a bargin but Deni was tremendous value. He is a straight shooter that is trusted by both vendors and sellers. He's a real local (rare in QT) and he knows how the market works. Above all else, he was ethical, hard-working, and took on the full the responsiblity of moving our properties per our expectations. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I can't talk highly enough about Deni. He helped us throughout the entire process and was trustworthy and honest about every aspect. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and was constantly accessible for all out annoying questions, even after the S&P was signed. Deni did an excellent job selling our house. We appreciated his natural energy and enthusiasm. He was up front, honest and spelled things out clearly. The whole process was stress-free which we appreciated. He marketed the house really well (he is savvy with IT and using social media) and kept us up to date with what was happening. All in all Deni was a pleasure to deal with and we felt he did his very best to get a good result for us.
