Even though we were in lockdown it wasn’t a problem for Karen. I’m still amazed how Karen got things rolling her professional sensible approach worked beautifully. Karen also reassured me we weren’t going to have thousands of people through the house. Karen selected serious buyers that had genuine interest. I thank her sincerely for all her efforts making my sale happen smoothly.

We sold our much loved home whilst overseas, and couldn't have left it in better hands. Karen is a highly experienced communicator and negotiator and it shows. The entire process was easy, seamless and achieved an excellent result for all parties. To top it off Karen is an agent with integrity, kindness and understanding; coupled with assertiveness, foresight and drive. A delicate balance and unusual to find all those qualities in one estate agent. We are so happy we chose Karen.

Over the past 10 years, we have had the pleasure of both buying and selling with Jacqui. From the outset, it was clear that not only does she care about what she does but also about who she is working with, she is both friendly and very professional. Plainly we recommend Jacqui and her team, to everyone.

Jacqui made every step of purchasing this house a quick, efficient and stress free process. Our calls and texts went answered in record time and we were never left waiting. She is definitely an agent I would recommend as she definitely has the interest of both parties in mind, not just the seller. Thanks Jacqui for the smooth purchase of our first home together!
