Most other Property Agents that I have had experience with, work for themselves, they are not particularly interested in getting the best price they can for your property. Karen however, on every property that she has sold for us has exceeded our expectations. She is awesome at exploiting the potential of the property particularly when there multiple interest, which she generally seems to be able to create.

We were referred to Karen by someone in Dunedin who knew her of reputation in Real Estate. We were selling a property in Cromwell and Karen also knew this area well. Every subsequent communication was highly professional, so we gained confidence before signing her up as our agent even though we never met her until after selling. Our confidence in her rewarded quickly, and even though the sale struck a very late hiccup (someone else down the buying chain couldn't settle), she found the right solution and our buyer was able to settle. Listing with an agent at a distance needn't be a worry, and by finding Karen it certainly wasn't for us.

We were delighted with Bradley's work when we sold our previous house so when it came time to move on again we had no hesitation in contacting Bradley again.

Rachel and Viv sold our property in Abbotsford with a fixed date of sale. Throughout the process they were friendly, professional and efficient. Because of this the experience was entirely stress free and, at times, actually fun! I believe that their abilities got us a better price for the house than we otherwise would have got.
