A skilled professional with excellent marketing and negotiation skills.
Having use Bradley before to sell a small investment property for us we were familiar with his skill set. However selling our beloved and expensively renovated home of 10 years was something dear to our hearts. It wasn't guaranteed that he would be the right man for the job. We gave him the opportunity to win us over with his presentation and we are so pleased we did. We trusted in his knowledge of the area and where the value of our property could possibly be. Then he talked us through his marketing plan and the ideas he had to give our home maximum impact and market reach. He introduced us to his new videographer Josh and we knew this team was going to achieve what we hoped for. An amazing video, terrific communication, consistent follow up and a strong negotiation delivered us a sale we were delighted with. We trusted in Bradley and he didn't let us down. Bradley has been excellent to deal with communicated well his knowledge of the property its location and other recent sales in the area. He was very much looking to portray the property for clients in best light whilst being very open and direct with potential purchasers in responses to questions about the property. Amazing agent with incredible knowledge and skills
