Excellent Team, Professional & Genuine
It has been a real pleasure working on the sale of our house with Jacqui & Stephen’s easy going and friendly approach. Sold so quickly
We engaged Bradley's services based on his track record of successfully selling comparable properties within our area. Beyond our expectations, Bradley matched our property with a pre-existing client, facilitating a remarkably swift sale well in advance of our Christmas target. This resulted in us not even having to go to market and keeping interruptions for our tenant very low as no open homes were required. Understanding exactly what I was looking for
I just had Bradley sell my Townhouse and asked him to look for something for me. I explained what I needed and when one came on the market I went & looked. It was exactly what I wanted, so I was impressed that he listened & didn't waste my time. Offered on the property that day and now I'm another proud owner.. Have been impressed with Bradley's knowledge when he sold my property & now with buying a property he had listed, very professional & helpful. Definitely an agent I'd use again.

Bradley was easy to work with, pleasant and helpful. Answered all my questions. Made it easy.
Bradley dealt with my realtor to sort out where I was at with my sale. He regularly kept in contact and negotiated a good price. I did ask for a second viewing which he was more than happy to do. The person that owned the place was living overseas so there was a time delay with emails but as soon as Bradley knew something he would let me know. I would be happy to work with Bradley again and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Agent review
We highly recommend Jacqui and Steve Johnston if you are looking to sell your house. In the current housing climate it has been challenging to say the least and it has taken a while for us to sell but through the whole process Jacqui and Steve have had empathy to our wishes but at the same time provided great advice and insight into the marketing of the property for sale. In essence we have worked well as a team and never felt any pressure to do anything we didn't want to do to get 'the sale'.

A great result!
Jacqui made selling my first house a breeze. After I unsuccessfully attempted to sell my house privately for months, I decided to call Jacqui. She was efficient, knowledgable, and clearly communicated each step and what I was required to do. From this experience, I have learnt a valuable lesson- to enlist the help of a hardworking real estate agent from the beginning! Would highly recommend to anyone planning to sell their house.

Once Bradley listed my home he made sure to keep me fully informed after every open house regarding the number of people going through & any feedback offered from those who toured my home. Topnotch experience
