My dealings with Daryl were always professional, and with a bit of humour. He explained the process of selling my house and also gave me tips on what was the best method of selling it thus removing some of the anxieties I had. His communication was excellent and precise as was his documentation. There was a really nice touch on the day I signed the contract, after shaking hands with family members who were also present ... he also shook the hand of my 4-1/2yr old grand-daughter, I thought that was a really nice touch, very personal and she was also delighted. I am really pleased that I had Daryl as my agent to sell my property, the process was made so much easier. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to other people. He was an absolute joy to work with.
