excellent advice from the start about delaying the marketing until after xmas. the price estimate was realistic and he achieved a more than satisfactory outcome. there were a few speed bumps along the way which he negotiated with the skill of a top rally driver. Brad was always on time and always kept us well informed . highly reccomended
