Daryl was very friendly, personable and responsive to our requests. He was committed to getting the best outcome for both vendor and purchaser and did so in a very professional manner. Daryl was very knowledgeable of the housing market and gave us good advise in our buying process which we are very grateful for.

I was new to Dunedin. Viv made buying my house an easy, happy experience. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to buyers in the real estate market.

Since Viv sold our previous home, she kept in touch and became more of a friend than an agent. Of course we called in Viv again to sell our next home and were again delighted at the result. Viv is very personable and professional, always happy to help, and as she says - no question is a silly question. Viv acts with respect and kindness for both parties during the sale, which I believe is rare with agents in Dunedin. Thanks again Viv

Bradley is a great communicator, he replied to my initial query about the property promptly and had me in looking at the property soon after. He was then very patient and stayed in close contact, being extremely helpful as I attempted to move quickly to secure the property.

excellent advice from the start about delaying the marketing until after xmas. the price estimate was realistic and he achieved a more than satisfactory outcome. there were a few speed bumps along the way which he negotiated with the skill of a top rally driver. Brad was always on time and always kept us well informed . highly reccomended

Bradley’s communication from pre listing, open home feedback and post sale has been first class - within 5 mins after each open home he rung us providing feedback, and the house sold after the first open home - very happy with Brads professionalism, and would certainly recommend him!

Bradley sold us the house 5 years ago so when we went to sell we worked with Bradley again. Very professional, great communication on plan ahead, updates on buyers interested. Took care of everything for us and a surprise sale after only a week on the market!

Rhys is that rare agent . He actually works for his Vendor . That has not always been our experience . Rhys had a passion for our property and knowledge of the region that showed from the beginning . He is able to get the best price and keeps the vendor well informed . We could not fault our experience with Rhys and also we would like to mention his partner Sarah whose marketing skills helped greatly with sales presentation of our property . We highly recommend Rhys .

Trade me is my go to for so many things and is where I found this property on the day it was listed, I made contact with Bradley that night who responded straight away, then to provide a private viewing of house followed by signed up offer the next morning, once things moved along a final price was negotiated and as they say the rest is history !! Can easily recommend Bradley for the sale and purchase of your next house property.
