Viv was informative and contactable throughout the whole process. Her highly ethical approach meant we could trust the information she was sharing with us. She was flexible and responsive with requests. She is a hard worker who checked and double checked documents before sending them through. Her guidance throughout the purchase was invaluable.

We first met Rhys when purchasing our first home as he was the listing agent. He was incredibly helpful and made what can be a stressful process easy. There was no doubt in our mind when it came time to sell that we wanted Rhys as our agent. Rhys is a real estate agent with a difference. He is genuine, honest, and great at keeping the lines of communication open. He goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble for both the vendor and buyer alike. He knows the market well and works tirelessly to get the best result. Highly recommend him to everyone for buying or selling.

I found Viv Patrick to be a very warm and friendly person, very easy to talk to, and very accomodating. She was open and honest from the initial open house through to the sale of the house. Her knowledge of the current market was encouraging. She was most professional and her communication skills were a huge help to me in making the decision to buy this house . Her very friendly and warm personality made the whole process very easy for me. I have been in my home now for 3 months,am very happy and certainly made the right decision.

I recently met with viv to sell my grandparents home. This house had been with our family for many generations. Viv made the entire experience easy and stress-free, she was open and honest with us throughout the process, when looking for a real estate agent to sell this home I wanted someone who would sell this as a home not just another house on the books. She understood how much we all loved this house and she found the perfect buyers who would love this home as much as we all have. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. It was tough letting go of this house but she made the process so much easier while showing alot of compassion during a sad time. I would highly reccomened viv. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Once again thank you so much viv! If we ever sell a house again we will definitely be contacting you.

Ricky is clearly at the top of his game. In my dealings with him, he was always well-organised, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He was easy to deal with and somebody I felt I could trust. Ricky is obviously passionate about selling property, which, I believe, is a necessary prerequisite for success in selling real estate.
