Very professional.Excellent communication skills.Very encouraging throughout the whole process.
I found Viv Patrick to be a very warm and friendly person, very easy to talk to, and very accomodating. She was open and honest from the initial open house through to the sale of the house.Her knowledge of the current market was encouraging. She was most professional and her communication skills were a huge help to me in making the decision to buy this house . Her very friendly and warm personality made the whole process very easy for me. I have been in my home now for 3 months,am very happy and certainly made the right decision.

A very easy process

Above and beyond.
I recently met with viv to sell my grandparents home. This house had been with our family for many generations. Viv made the entire experience easy and stress-free, she was open and honest with us throughout the process, when looking for a real estate agent to sell this home I wanted someone who would sell this as a home not just another house on the books. She understood how much we all loved this house and she found the perfect buyers who would love this home as much as we all have. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. It was tough letting go of this house but she made the process so much easier while showing alot of compassion during a sad time. I would highly reccomened viv. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Once again thank you so much viv! If we ever sell a house again we will definitely be contacting you.

Daryl is very nice and easy to talk to. He explain everything about the house that we need to know. You will not get shy to ask him many times.
