From the outset, John assured me that he would look after every detail - that the difference was the personal touch. This was the case, and he was very thorough, from arranging an apartment staging company through to the listing and sales process. When multiple offers were received, John managed the process very smoothly and with great communication skills. I always felt I was aware of exactly where I stood. If things were progressing too slowly thanks to paperwork, John would tell me exactly what needed to happen and why. Thanks to John's outstanding skills, I believe I secured a sale at an extremely good price. And the process was managed so well that I even got a lovely letter from the buyer following the sale, telling me how happy she was with the sale, with the apartment, and with how she had been treated.
