John really knows his stuff and has a proper love for the Capital. Our conversations were informative and valuable, and completely devoid of that otherwise common felling that we were just going through the motions. And the man has style. As this was our first home, we had no experience with selling property and felt quite daunted by the task as we live almost 2 hours away. John liaised with tradesmen, our property agent and us with a sense of ease and confidence that we were very impressed with. We had multiple offers for our property and were incredibly happy with our final settlement.
