From the outset, John assured me that he would look after every detail - that the difference was the personal touch. This was the case, and he was very thorough, from arranging an apartment staging company through to the listing and sales process. When multiple offers were received, John managed the process very smoothly and with great communication skills. I always felt I was aware of exactly where I stood. If things were progressing too slowly thanks to paperwork, John would tell me exactly what needed to happen and why. Thanks to John's outstanding skills, I believe I secured a sale at an extremely good price. And the process was managed so well that I even got a lovely letter from the buyer following the sale, telling me how happy she was with the sale, with the apartment, and with how she had been treated. John Carpenter recently helped me sell my apartment in Karori, and I when I say helped, I mean that it is entirely thanks to him that it sold as well as it did! I met John when I bought the apartment four years ago, and I was impressed by his pragmatic approach and total honesty. Actually I didn’t meet him, as I bought the apartment unseen, from overseas, but he talked me through it all with phone calls and emails, and I when saw the flat, the Christmas after I bought it , I was thrilled with my purchase. Changes in my situation led me to sell this year, and I first tried a stint of advertising it myself on Trade Me – what a colossal headache and no nibbles, only tyre kickers! I reached out to John who was happy to list the flat for me and he made a fabulous job of marketing and selling it – I am now convinced of the value of staging - thanks John!
