We have met a lot of agents having been looking for over a year. What we really appreciated about John was that he had the right balance of being engaging and genuine, and professional. He either had answers to our questions, or would go and find out and connect back in with us. It was a quick process, and John was available to answer questions throughout. We felt at all times that we were not just a number , and that John had taken the time to listen to us and help us to get to offer stage. Whilst we were successful in buying the house, our feedback would have been the same regardless, as it was unique.
