This is our second property sold with Chris and Kes from NIDD - honestly -they went ‘beyond the bounds’ of what I have experienced from any other real estate agents - they are passionate but professional real estate agents - realistic but optimistic and did everything possible to present our house beautifully and to guide the right buyer to buy it for the right price. If you choose any other agent / team in Dunedin you all be doing yourselves a disservice- Choosing Chris and Kes to sell our properties was the best decision we made.

Laura was an exceptional agent throughout the sale of 24 Gorman- she was transparent and helpful, and always picked up the phone for any questions at any time. We feel incredibly lucky to have got our dream home in such a painless and straightforward manner. If we ever sell this house (which I doubt is on the cards!!!) Laura would be our first port of call for our agent.

Chris from Taylor and Strong was so helpful in our rapid quest for a property in Dunedin. He went out of his way at short notice, to allow a viewing and then within a couple of hours we had an offer in and a done deal, all thanks to him and his efficiency. He was professional and courteous throughout despite the pressure we placed on him.

After several unsuccessful months with another agency Sharon came on board, her approach from the start was, let's get this house sold... And after a very short amount of time the property not only sold...but for more than I had originally had on it....win win Sharon has also been helpful with advice on another property which I have interest in... All in all, Sharon has gone above and beyond, and I highly recommend her...
