Working with Laura was so great, as a first time home buyer it's safe to say I knew very little about what I was doing, but every interaction with her made me feel comfortable, empowered and listened to. Her market knowledge is amazing and she is incredibly empathetic and understanding of what it is like as a first home buyer in the current market. She is super professional but also goes above and beyond to make you feel looked after, which is not something that can be said of all agents when it comes to dealing with buyers. I have worked with Kirsty as both a buyer and a seller and have found both experiences successful. Kirsty understood what I was trying to achieve, and gave good advice, recommendations and demonstrated an understanding of the market my property would best align with. There was clear outline of process, and great communication throughout without any pressure. The price we obtained was at the upper end of the market appraisal which was fantastic considering we were selling in a quiet period of the market. Chris and Peter also provided exceptional advice around property presentation and target market for buyers.
