I cannot recommend Chris & Pete from Taylor & Strong enough. They guided my wife and I through our first house sale expertly and made us feel at ease through the entire process. Their communication was excellent and both were happy to field questions or phone calls at anytime of the day. In what is definitely a difficult market to navigate they were open & honest with what approach we should be taking with the sale & price and we definitely appreciated their transparency through the whole process. I listed my property with Taylor and Strong from my home in South Australia. Communication from the pair was excellent, with them happy to chat or jump on a video call as required. They helped me get my property ready for sale by assisting with managing contractors, which was a godsend given I’m a couple of time zones away. We listed at a tricky time in the market, with rising interest rates and a fair bit of uncertainty. Nonetheless, we managed to get the property sold at a decent price in what I understand to be a difficult market. I’m happy to recommend, and would use Taylor and Strong again.

Laura is a passionate, knowledgeable and up front agent. During a stressful time Laura kept me in the loop and at ease . Nothing was an problem, whatever was thrown at Laura she handled it with calmness and a professional attitude. I was sceptical at some of Lauras strategies but I went with it and ultimately I'm glad I did . Laura sold my house at a great price within a great time frame during a very unstable housing market. Lauras knowledge of the market and the way the market is trending was incredible. She is very approachable and always made herself available to answer my calls or messages at all times of the day.
