We'd met Kirsty a couple of times when looking at properties which we didn't end up buying, and always found her really approachable and friendly as well as very informative and professional. A couple of friends had bought and sold properties through Kirsty and also had great things to say about her. So when we were getting ready to sell our place we knew we wanted to work with her, and she happily came out to see us even though we still had plenty of work to do before we could list. Kirsty helped us find tradespeople to do various things, gave us really good pointers on which things to do and which to leave and was just fantastic through the whole process, with nothing being too much trouble and lots of sound advice and good listening. Many months later we were finally ready to list and again, Kirsty stepped up again and ensured that this all went smoothly. She engaged a fabulous photographer who made our place look amazing, and already had a couple of people lined up to look by the time of the first open home. And then the sale went through, all very quickly, everything explained clearly and we were absolutely rapt with the result. We hope to be in our next home for many years, but if/when we do sell, we know who we'll be calling to help us. Thanks Kirsty!
