He was very fair and upfront about the negatives of the house that we finally bought. And the most important thing is, he isn't pushy, unlike some of the agents that we have dealt with. I was incredibly anxious to sell my house - it was not the best market to sell in and there were a lot of other life things going on. I do not know how I would have done this without Taylor and Strong. Their communication was excellent - I always was up to date with what was happening and felt looped in and considered in all of the steps. They also provided realistic and helpful advice that frankly, helped the house to sell. I always felt like they had time for me and I never ever felt like a burden. Their can-do attitude was matched with immense skill that meant the whole process was smooth. I cannot recommend Taylor and Strong enough if you are making the choice to sell your house!
