We recently bought a property in Dunedin which was marketed by Taylor and Strong. This will become our family home for the foreseeable future and we are all absolutely thrilled. We really appreciate Pete's, Taylor and Strong's and Nidd Realty's efforts in enabling us to achieve this. Not limited to simply arranging access for further viewing, they provided service and advice beyond that which was required for the particular property. This was invaluable to us in our particular situation. We established a rapport early in the transaction and felt comfortable placing our trust in each of them. We were quite transparent with Pete with regards to our means and are confident that he obtained the best possible outcome for his clients. The property presented its own unique challenges but was everything for which we could have hoped. It was quite evident that although doing what they could to facilitate a successful purchase for us, they did at all times act in the best interests of their clients, the vendors. We have already recommended Taylor and Strong to friends and family. We were selling our property from out of town and Kerry was easy to work with despite even with us not being local. Communication was great. The property was not a ‘straight forward sell’ so required some effort to get across the line and Kerry put the hard yards in here. The final sale price was quite a bit lower than the indicative sale price provided at the start which was the only negative. We would use the services of Kerry again.
