This was my first home and I found the process surprisingly enjoyable. Kirsty was super patient, understanding, caring and most of all had incredible communication. She works extremely hard and was always happy to answer my silly first home buyer questions. I had no idea of the whole procedure of how the real estate world works, and without even asking... Kirsty would go out of her way to explain why certain things were happening and what to expect next as we went step by step. My family and I went round looking at a number of potential properties but never had follow ups from other real estate companies and felt like I wasn't even taken seriously due to being a younger person in the market to buy. Kidd Realty was a friendly, caring and hard working team and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying because I truly appreciated Kirsty's expertise and understanding.
