Over the past ten years Shane and I have worked with Kirsty on three occasions which included both sales and purchases. We have found Kirsty to be honest, well-researched, accommodating and professional. I guess the point of difference with our experience of Kirsty was the one occasion when a sale wasn’t successful. We felt no pressure or obligation to accept an offer which was below our expectation.

Kirsty is very informative regarding the area and it’s possibilities. She strives to give her seller good solid advice. Nothing is too difficult!!! And as a previous buyer she gives good information and finds out any questions she does not know. An excellent person to deal with!!!

Our experience with Graeme and Kerry was 1st rate! Straight from our first meeting through to the successful settlement of our property, both Graeme and Kerry were excellent to deal with. Their depth of knowledge in the local region, advice, care and attention to detail made the process of selling our property so easy and stress free.

Kirsty was a dream to deal with as a purchaser. Clear, prompt and warm communication - without ever badgering - over the course of the sale made me feel confident about the process. Clearly on top of her game - knew everything about the property and the area - and was genuine in her enthusiasm. I wish more agents were like her - strongly recommend!

Working with Kerry and the team was easy, fast precise with effective communications. All expectations were set upfront. We utilized the marketing, and photography, which was well worth it. Well presented and very knowledgeable on the market, and our target clients.

We had a really positive property sale experience with Graeme Pennell and his team Kerry & Leanne. Graeme was very easy to talk with when working out the details for planning the listing. He listened, gave helpful tips like staging the house and kept very good communication with us right throughout. We were most impressed with his handling and negotiations with prospective buyer, remaining professional, calm and fair. We will be keeping in contact with Graeme for future advice and property sales.

In the past 6 months I have both bought and sold property with Graeme Pennell. At all times I felt that he had my best interest at heart. Both the purchase and the sale went very smoothly. Graeme was professional, answered all of my questions promptly, and supported me through each stage of the process. I would highly recommend Graeme to both buyers and sellers.
