Carissa was professional and very knowledgeable about this property, making this purchase easy!

Carrisa was very easy to contact and always responded with a well-researched reply. We appreciated her knowledge and advice as we weren't that familiar with the Dunedin market. Her pragmatic approach to some minor issues were easily rectified, and her willingness to help made this process so much easier for us.

An agent who truly goes above and beyond

I honestly couldn’t recommend Carissa highly enough. What started about six months ago when I was looking at a house she was selling ended up with her helping me through both buying my new home and selling my own. She was incredibly helpful throughout the purchase of my new house, even though it was being sold through a different agency, and then went above and beyond when it came to selling mine. She took care of absolutely everything (from organising the stager/window cleaners/tradesmen) to all the little details that can make selling a house so stressful. Her knowledge, communication (kept up-to-date all the way through the process) and her attention to detail were fantastic, and she did a brilliant job with the advertising and social media. She worked incredibly hard to get a great result and made the whole process so much easier. I really couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would recommend her without hesitation!
