We first met Aimee at a home that we had requested an appointment to view. She was on time, friendly and professional. We did not proceed with that home but she told us of another that she had listed. We unfortunately could not view that the next day so arranged for a viewing the following weekend. Nothing was too much trouble and when we requested a second viewing the next day Aimee fitted that into her schedule too. We have purchased that property. We were buying from Australia, so we had a home to move in to once we arrived in New Zealand. Moving countries and finding a house is always stressful. Aimee walked us through the house using video and provided a great deal of support during the process. She arranged a builder and electrician to provide reports. She also kept us informed throughout the offer process and during the conditional/unconditional offer phase. Aimee is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house.

I would highly recommend Kristen. She was receptive to our ideas and we felt we got the marketing plan we wanted. The advertising package was also appropriate. The market was flat but I don't think we would have done better with anyone else. We did talk to another agent in the beginning but Kristen was so much better to deal with.
