We were buying from Australia, so we had a home to move in to once we arrived in New Zealand. Moving countries and finding a house is always stressful. Aimee walked us through the house using video and provided a great deal of support during the process. She arranged a builder and electrician to provide reports. She also kept us informed throughout the offer process and during the conditional/unconditional offer phase. Aimee is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house.

Aimee has work hard to get a positive outcome in a difficult market. She has remained positive throughout the process and looked for opportunities to help each of the parties to meet their goals. She has always been punctual, efficient and communicated well between the parties involved. She has taken an active engaged approach to the sale and has been proactive with following up leads, always looking for ways that a deal could work. With her positive attitude and helpful approach we would happily recommend Aimee to any potential vendor. She has worked hard on our behalf and we are confident you will be in safe, competent and hardworking hands with Aimee as a listing agent.

Aimee worked hard to attract a big bench of buyers and stepped up to the challenge of achieving top dollar for our high end lifestyle property. She was always prompt, reliable and professional and was clear and transparent in her communications. She was open to feedback along the way when we wanted input into the marketing, presentation and sales strategy - but also gave confident, experienced advice when we needed to be guided on our decision making. Trust is important to me, you can trust Aimee - integrity and honesty are her hallmarks. She leveraged of her Sothebys network well and pulled in extra expertise when we needed it to support our big campaign. I would recommend Aimee to anyone looking to sell in the wider Cambridge area. This is our second time selling with Aimee, and I wouldn’t hesitate to utilise her skills again.

We really appreciated how hard Aimee for us in a tough housing market to get our sale. From our first meeting to closing the sale Aimée was super supportive in a stressful time and always clearly laid out our options. She and the Sotheby’s team were fantastic with all the contacts they had in Cambridge to get the house ready and maintained for sale.
