The team were always timely and ready to be flexible to meet our needs and requests. Also understood when we couldnt do things that were expected, and found ways to make things work. Even though we were not the vendor in this instance, and that they clearly outlined they worked for the vendor - we felt they went above and beyond to understand our needs and concerns as a buyer- and in the end used this knowledge to help both the vendor and buyer so all our needs were met.

We felt in safe hands throughout the whole process of selling our home. Right from the first visit we felt listened to, were provided with a balanced view and super helpful advice to complete a successful selling campaign. We were updated at each open home, and able to make small changes on good advice from Marisa. She went the extra mile coming to check the house prior when we not able to be present prior to one open home. Rachel's nature brought compassion, respect and clear, honest communication to the table during the whole process. Aimme and Neve make a formidable team. Both are well versed in the sales process and very approachable. We where given a realistic value of what was achievable, open home reports , prospective purchasers comments so always felt informed. This resulted a sale in a matter of days of listing ,not weeks or months, in a market that is very fickle with buyers who knows their values and are spoilt for choice. I must add that our property was in the mid value range but felt that we where given as much time and attention as their higher end properties.
