Rachel's nature brought compassion, respect and clear, honest communication to the table during the whole process. Her professionalism was outstanding and I felt supported throughout the sales journey. She went the extra mile, watering plants and vacuuming when I was away out of town. She also took time out of her weekends to help me view potential properties to purchase. I have sold a few properties, however this experience with Rachel and the wider Sothebys team, was hands down the best. Aimme and Neve make a formidable team. Both are well versed in the sales process and very approachable. We where given a realistic value of what was achievable, open home reports , prospective purchasers comments so always felt informed. This resulted a sale in a matter of days of listing ,not weeks or months, in a market that is very fickle with buyers who knows their values and are spoilt for choice. I must add that our property was in the mid value range but felt that we where given as much time and attention as their higher end properties.
