Marisa knew the sale price I was hoping to achieve even though it had been suggested by others, including another agent from another agency, that may be difficult to achieve, if at all. Marisa listened to what I said and lo and behold, to my astonishment, within 3 days of marketing the property she had not only achieved the price I was hoping for but had achieved a higher offer.
