Lani goes above and beyond

Lani didn’t just sell our house, she fought for it. She held firm on price when it would have been easier to just take the first offer and move on. That kind of backbone is rare in real estate. What actually got me though was the last minute viewing. Most agents would have just texted “can you tidy up.” Lani turned up and helped me vacuum and get the place looking right herself. Above and beyond doesn’t even cover it. Her marketing photos were also excellent, she clearly has an eye for making a property look its best without it feeling staged or fake. If you want someone who treats your sale like it’s her own money on the line, Lani is your agent.

Brilliant work during a tricky market

I would be lying if I said I wasn't a bit nervous about selling my apartment during what I knew was a tricky market.
